BNI MEETING UPDATES - JANUARY 2019

Good Morning Folks, 

Its been almost 2 years I joined BNI, and We are in BNI chapter of Michelangelo having meeting in Ahmedabad East Region. Our Meeting are held on Every Friday and its been great journey to attain every meetings and to meet new Visitors and Members of the Chapter. 

Till date I have received many awards for Unique 30 Seconds but than I though to share with the World. 

Basically I am Chartered Accountant by professional and partner of Shah Teelani & Associates firm, firm was started in 2012 along with my partner Jitendra Teelani. Now as on date we are three partners. Our New Partners CA Utkarsh Desai joined us in 2018 and he looks after GST. 

I am glad to share the BNI meeting Update, and will try to convey the same so that it can be useful to other Members of BNI in the world.

I am Educational Co-ordinator of our Chapter, and this week I told the following Story, 

"Once There was 2 farmers in the town, both farmers had land nearby. Once the crop is harvested One farmer used to take all the lot of Grains in Jute Bags to sell in the nearby city market, where as other farmer just used to take one Sample Jute Bag to display the Grains in the Nearby City Markets. 

So members/visitors just tell me, which farmers can sell the goods at premium? One with the whole Stock or One With the Sample Stock ??

Answer is farmer with the sample can sell the stock with premium, because he used to tell the purchaser that the Grain are just sample, but they can come back to the farming land and see the type of grain it has harvested and also the hard work needed to cultivate such grains. On the basis of showing the harvesting process that farmer used to sell the grains at premium. 

So to conclude by morale, is that when we would like to invite the visitors we should not tell every thing about the BNI but just the tip of that BNI is place where Business is done, and invite them, let the visitor to Judge whether BNI is Good or Bad for his business. Dont explain everything about the BNI and its meeting proceeding."

Later in my 30 Seconds, I told about Uttrayan in our local language

Last week we handled the GST search at one of our Client."

And for the above 30 seconds I won the Golden Mic Award.
